Telamon’s Industrial Manufacturing Division is a unit specialized in identifying the customer’s challenges and providing supply chain management and component integration services for ancillary assembly applications. Telamon allows the customer to hone in on their core competencies, thus allowing the customer’s highly trained staff to focus on what they do best. Outsourcing to Telamon frees up valuable floor space for the client’s core operations, while also reducing the customer’s administration costs by managing the supply chain and inventory related to assemblies we construct.

Procurement

Telamon allows you to make one purchase for one finished component. By working with your defined suppliers, Telamon purchases the components necessary to complete the build out and eliminates multiple paper trails to acquire and procure numerous subcomponents.

Inventory Management

Telamon takes the headache out of business by managing the components that make up your final product.  Using your forecast or EDI, we manage the purchasing, lead times, safety stock levels, and warehousing of your inventory to make your life easier.

Assembly & Kitting

Telamon can analyze your assembly needs and tailor a custom process using industry-standard techniques and equipment. We apply proven lean manufacturing techniques to ensure quality and efficiency are built into your product.

Logistics

Our logistics team can handle all of the details to ensure timely and accurate distribution of your product. We are able to leverage our shipping relationships with freight carriers to provide the most cost effective distribution domestically and globally.

JIT Sequencing

We can improve the flexibility of your lean production lines by providing sequencing services onsite.
