Network Infrastructure Service


Telamon’s Network Infrastructure Service group primarily provides field installation services and engineering test and turn-up services for the telecommunications industry. Our group specifically focuses on Tier 2 or Tier 3 telecom service providers, equipment OEMs, wireless service providers, and cable television/internet service providers. We are capable of performing turn-key services to a customer, and service every part of the product development life-cycle from product procurement all the way through to device optimization and maintenance. Telamon is a flexible organization that caters to the specific needs of each customer.



Source Equipment

Telamon purchases the material necessary to complete the build out and eliminates multiple paper trails to acquire and procure numerous subcomponents. We will purchase material selected by our clients, but can also provide advice on making the best decisions.


Engineering and Integration

Telamon allows the customer to focus on the end result of a project by managing the engineering and equipment services. Custom device configuration can be developed and loaded on equipment prior to shipment.


Configuration and Testing

Telamon will also test the configuration on equipment before shipment. This process helps drive down out-of-box failures and increases on time delivery of a project.


Field Survey and Installation

Telamon provides on-site Field Surveys for our client’s upcoming projects. Data collected is used to generate an accurate Bill of Material (BOM). This accuracy is crucially important during the installation phase. By having accurate material on site during installation services, installation timelines can be reduced and quality increased.


Field Testing & Turn-Up

Telamon provides the Field Testing & Turn Up services to ensure network operation. We provide test reports based on test plans that are designed by the customer and our engineering team.


Maintenance and Support

Network stability and longevity is achieved by performing needed maintenance and support. Telamon provides customer specific maintenance and support of network equipment on a schedule that is defined by the customer.


Retire Equipment

The product lifecycle dictates that equipment will ultimately be replaced or upgraded at some point. Telamon will work with the customer to develop a customized schedule to remove equipment from the customer premise. We also have the ability to have old equipment destroyed and to supply a certificate of destruction to prevent gray market complications.
