Quality practices are standardized throughout all Telamon locations. Telamon has successfully structured its processes on the ISO9001:2008 framework and extended the discipline to cover services across the Telecom, Automotive and Medical Device Industries, as well as the general Enterprise sector. All Telamon locations are proudly compliant with the requirements of ISO9001:2008, TL9000, TS16949 and/or ISO 13485. With a strong team of Internal Auditors, possessing more than 35 years combined Telamon and Quality Auditing experience, Four (4) Six Sigma Black Belts and Two (3) Green Belts, focus is on quality in all processes. Internally developed electronic databases control and track Quality Documentation, Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions, as well as Non-conforming Product and Supplier Performance.
