TEV to Provide Technology for Indiana’s Safety PIN Grant Program Award

Telamon Enterprise Ventures’ (TEV) Medical Solutions division, in partnership with Community Wellness Partners, is pleased to announce that it will provide the technology and system design for Community Wellness Partners’ $2.1 million dollar Safety PIN (Protecting Indiana’s Newborns) award. The goal of this Indiana State Department of Health-sponsored program is to reduce infant mortality amongst Latino & African American newborns in Saint Joseph, La Porte, Elkhart, and Marshall Counties. Thirty-one organizations across Indiana submitted a response to the request for proposal and only ten organizations received funding.

Telamon Medical Solutions will be providing comprehensive case management via statwatch™, a population health screening and surveying tool. statwatch™ will support  maternal and child health case management with frequently texted prenatal care tips from Casper™ and with direct nurse and doula guidance with facilitated texting to new moms.

“Telamon Medical Solutions is proud to be a partner in this initiative,” said Sunny Lu Williams, General Manager of TEV – Medical Solutions. “We look forward to seeing our technology solutions enable ongoing support to new moms and track the efficiency of the four year program. We are excited to partner with Community Wellness Partners (project prime), Indiana Perinatal Network, Northern Indiana Maternal & Child Health Network, and SAW Capital (Casper™).”
