Clay is a graduate of Northwestern University where he earned three degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Engineering Management both from the McCormick School of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Prior to joining MPI Corp, Clay was President & CEO of Blocksom & Co., based in Michigan City, Indiana, after spending the early part of his career working for Fortune 500 companies, Baxter Healthcare Corporation and FMC Corporation, both in the Chicago area.
