Jason joined Telamon in 2009 and has just over 25 years of telecommunications operational & management experience that started as a technician building networks. While supporting Telamon in many roles during his tenure at Telamon, Jason most recently worked in Sales and led Telamon’s telecom Engineering team. He is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of enabling deployment teams with extreme ownership for driving innovations & making operational improvements. Jason leads by example leveraging Telamon’s H2S2 culture to motivate and encourage team members to meet deliverables that help them achieve their personal and career goals. Mr. Carrillo continues to be an asset for the company as we focus on implementing growth strategies that will increase our presence in the Telecom industry.
